Pricing Structure

The Pricing structure here at NHR is a different system to what you may have expected.

Once we have received your drawings and looked at your block Rex and his team will work thoroughly on your future home plan to include absolutely all costs from the beginning of your construction right until the very end.

The final quote you receive will cover all aspects to ensure all foreseeable expenses have been allowed for.

We will itemise your quote for you including:

  • The working drawings (if not previously done)
  • Council fees and costs
  • Site works that are appropriate to your block
  • All construction costs
  • All finishes you have selected (or our standard finishes)
  • Driveway and Landscaping if requested
  • House clean and rubbish removal upon completion
  • Any extra requests you may have
  • Follow up maintenance where required

With NHR there are no hidden costs. Your quote will be thoroughly explained to you and all questions will be answered. You will work with the same people from start to finish. Throughout your project, they are only ever a phone call away.
